Due to the size, customization, and freight nature of our products, return policies differ from standard retail items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to manufacturer fees depending on production status.

Returns

Most sauna and cold plunge systems are non-returnable once shipped.

However, returns may be approved on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• Product is unused and in original packaging
• Return is requested within 7 days of delivery
• Manufacturer approves return authorization

Approved returns may be subject to:

• Restocking fees (typically 15–25%)
• Return freight costs
• Inspection fees

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 24 hours
• Provide photos and documentation
• We will coordinate replacement parts or resolution with the manufacturer

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
