Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders process in 1–3 business days.
• Saunas & cold plunges ship via LTL freight (curbside).
• Smaller items ship via standard parcel.
• Typical delivery time: 5–21 business days, depending on product and location.

Curbside Freight Delivery

Freight orders are curbside only. The carrier delivers to the end of your driveway or curb.
You are responsible for:

• Having help to move the unit to its final spot
• Inspecting the shipment on arrival
• Noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt

Damage & Shipping Costs

• If damaged, take photos and contact us within 24 hours.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout or on the product page.
• Some remote areas may require extra freight fees (we’ll reach out before processing).
