Due to the size, customization, and freight nature of our products, return policies differ from standard retail items.

Order Cancellations

• Within 24 hours: Cancel for a full refund.
• After 24 hours: Cancellations may incur manufacturer fees.

Returns

Most sauna and cold plunge systems are non-returnable once shipped.
In limited cases, a return may be approved if:

• The product is unused in original packaging
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The manufacturer approves the return

Approved returns may include 15–25% restocking fees, return freight, and possible inspection fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 24 hours
• Send photos and details
  We’ll coordinate a resolution or replacement with the manufacturer.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
