Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed with the manufacturer, you will receive a confirmation email with estimated shipping timelines.

Shipping Methods

Due to the size and weight of our products, most outdoor saunas and cold plunge systems ship via LTL freight carriers. Smaller accessories may ship via standard parcel services.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by product and manufacturer but typically range between 5–21 business days depending on inventory availability and destination.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Freight Delivery Requirements

Freight shipments are curbside delivery only.

This means the carrier will deliver your order to the end of your driveway or curb but will not move the product into your home or backyard.

Customers are responsible for:
• Inspecting the shipment upon delivery
• Noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt
• Arranging assistance for moving large units

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in the product listing where specified.

Some remote or rural locations may require additional freight charges. If applicable, we will contact you before processing the order.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage:

  1. Note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt.

  2. Take photos of the packaging and product.

  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to document damage at delivery may affect claim eligibility.
